By accessing or using the Sefte App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sefte. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

The App allows you to discover barbershops and book appointments. When using our booking services: • You agree to provide accurate booking information • You agree to arrive on time for your appointments • You understand that barbershops set their own prices, services, and availability • You acknowledge that we are a platform connecting you with barbershops and are not responsible for the services provided by barbershops Cancellation Policy: • You may cancel appointments through the App • Cancellation policies are set by individual barbershops • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on your account

Payment for services is handled directly between you and the barbershop. Sefte does not process payments for barbershop services. If the App offers any premium features or subscriptions in the future: • Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase • Payments will be processed through the App Store or Google Play • Refunds will be handled according to the respective store's policies

When using the App, you agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate any person or entity • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or barbershop staff • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Collect or harvest user data without permission • Use automated systems or bots to access the App Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

You may have the opportunity to leave reviews and ratings for barbershops. When leaving reviews: • Be honest and accurate in your feedback • Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content • Do not post reviews for services you did not receive • Do not accept compensation for posting reviews We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or our community standards.

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Sefte or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code • Use the App's trademarks without permission • Create derivative works based on the App

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free • The App will be free of viruses or harmful components • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate • Any defects will be corrected WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY BARBERSHOPS LISTED ON THE APP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEFTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Service interruption or computer damage • Any damages arising from your use of the App OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sefte and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you submit through the App

You may terminate your account at any time by using the delete account feature in the App settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if: • You breach these Terms • We are required to do so by law • We discontinue the App Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sefte operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
