How do I book an appointment?

Open the app, browse nearby barbershops on the map, select a shop, choose your service and preferred time, then confirm your booking.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Go to your bookings in the app, select the appointment you want to change, and tap "Cancel" or "Reschedule."

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

The app is crashing or not working

  • 1. Make sure you have the latest version installed
  • 2. Try closing and reopening the app
  • 3. Restart your device
  • 4. If the issue persists, contact us at sefteapp@gmail.com
